Job description

  • Develop and implement strategic approaches for analyzing dealer performance data, ensuring actionable insights are communicated effectively. /Growth strategy KPI, allocation KPI etc... /
  • Oversee the collection and analysis of customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement and enhance customer satisfaction. /NPS, VOC/
  • Establish performance benchmarks against industry standards and best practices to evaluate dealer efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creating Power BI reporting of PL
  • Support the service operation team in daily operations and collaborate with the technical and training teams to streamline processes.
  • Assist in training new staff on operation procedures and operational systems. Define the HVB disposal and collection scheme in collaboration with stakeholders, develop a complete SOP, and formulate annual initiative plans with clear goals, targets, and budget.
  • Other ad hoc duties;

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree related field Finance, Accounting, Data analysis, Business administration;
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, data analysis, automotive, or related roles;
  • Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus)
  • Experience in finance or accounting, Data analysis skill
  • Advanced English (Japanese proficiency is a plus);
  • Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus;
  • Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management.
