Job description
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to guide implementation and ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Track project progress, timelines, and key milestones, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays.
- Prepare and update comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
- Manage schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear, consistent information flow.
- Ensure all project activities align with organizational goals, standards, and compliance policies.
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar administrative support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing several projects at once.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing shifting priorities.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
