Job description

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans to guide implementation and ensure successful execution.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, cross-functional team members, and stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Track project progress, timelines, and key milestones, resolving issues proactively to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and update comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, meeting notes, and action items.
  • Manage schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Facilitate effective communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure clear, consistent information flow.
  • Ensure all project activities align with organizational goals, standards, and compliance policies.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar administrative support role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a track record of managing several projects at once.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing shifting priorities.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
