Job description

Receive, inspect, and record incoming parts and materials, ensuring accuracy against purchase

orders.

  • Maintain organized storage of parts and materials, categorizing and labeling items for easy

    identification.

  • Pick, pack, and ship parts and accessories as per customer and internal service requests, ensuring

    timely and accurate deliveries.

  • Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate with carriers for outbound shipments
  • Conduct quality checks on received and outgoing parts to ensure compliance with company

    standards.

  • Report discrepancies, damages, or issues with inventory to the Warehouse Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring that all safety standards and

    procedures are followed.

  • Assist in regular inventory counts and audits to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and report any malfunctions to the Warehouse

    Supervisor.

  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries in the workplace.
  • Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of safety within the warehouse.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within

    warehouse operations.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually develop skills and knowledge.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse management or logistics are a plus;
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred;
  • Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);
  • Basic knowledge of automotive parts and inventory management systems is a plus;
  • Ability to lift heavy items (up to [insert weight]) and perform physical tasks as required;
  • Forklift certification is preferred but can be provided as part of the training;
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting;
