Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the headquarter to identify and analyze business improvement opportunities and process risks.
  • Develop and execute test plans to evaluate key controls and process efficiency.
  • Propose practical, value-added solutions and support process owners in implementing improvements.
  • Prepare concise reports with findings and recommendations for management.
  • Maintain documentation and protocols related to business improvement and controls.
  • Support development of operational test plans, identify control gaps, and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, recommend updates, and help strengthen internal control environments.

Job Requirement: 

  • Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A masters degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CISA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal controls, risk management, or compliance, with a strong understanding of control frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to assess and enhance internal controls and manage risk effectively.
  • Expertise in legal guidelines and corporate governance best practices.
  • Strong judicial, analytical, and numerical skills, with the ability to identify and reacts to emerging issues, develop solutions, and drive improvements.
  • Proficient in reporting and presenting data in various formats, with outstanding planning abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Certified compliance professional (e.g., JSOX certification) is a plus.
