Job description

  • Assess current workshop operations and help develop and implement standards for improvement
  • Analyze sales trends and customer needs to plan supply and coordinate with suppliers
  • Identify performance gaps and provide support through training and on-site assistance
  • Develop and manage the process for high voltage battery (HVB) disposal and collection
  • Research market trends and stay updated on related government policies
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) and yearly plans with clear goals and budgets
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, manufacturers, and stakeholders
  • Support division policies and handle other related tasks as needed

Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree related field is preferred;
  • Preferred fields of study include supply and demand economics or technical education;
  • Prior experience in supply chain management is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus)
  • Solid understanding of vehicle structures.
  • Strong ability in data analysis and calculations related to supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and teaching skills.
