Job description
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
- Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and strategic planning.
Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Jupyter Notebook.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
