Job description

  • Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealers business operation;
  • Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutions;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and eanhace dealers performance;
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new service products meet customer needs;
  • Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new product and services to ensure successful implementation;
  • Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development to senior management;
  • Other ad hoc duties;

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business administration, automotive or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industry;
  • Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including KAIZEN (continuous improvement);
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus);
  • Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus;
  • A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable;
