Automotive Repair Instructor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced professional to train and develop our service team in vehicle repair and maintenance standards. This role focuses on enhancing technicians technical skills from repairing vehicle exteriors to ensuring high-quality finishing work. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mentoring others, promoting safety, and maintaining the companys commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions on vehicle repair and finishing techniques
• Develop and update training materials and manuals
• Evaluate trainees performance and provide constructive feedback
• Ensure all training aligns with company safety and quality standards
• Support continuous skill development within the service department

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive repair or related technical field
• Strong understanding of modern repair tools, materials, and processes
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Proficiency in English; Japanese language knowledge is an advantage
