Job Responsibilities: 

The Body and Paint Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality instructional programs in automotive body repair and refinishing techniques. This role involves teaching the fundamentals of bodywork, paint application, and repair processes using industry-standard practices and technologies. The trainer will provide hands-on training, develop lesson plans, and evaluate student performance to prepare them for successful careers in the automotive industry.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in automotive body repair and painting (or related field) preferred.

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in automotive body repair and paint application.

• Strong knowledge of automotive technologies, repair, and refinishing processes.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Japanese is an advantage.

• Experience in supply chain management is preferred.

• Strong communication, mentoring, and organizational skills.
