Job Openings Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote - Colombia)

About the job Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote - Colombia)

Full-time (~40 hrs/week) | Remote - Colombia| Compensation: $1,800/month | Must be available to work US Mountain Time

The job in one sentence: Be the specialist who runs, optimizes, and scales the paid media, tracking, analytics, and growth engine.

About Stayd

Stay'd is a consortium of best-in-class short-term rental management companies building one unified brand across multiple US markets. We're building a centralized growth engine that drives homeowner acquisition across every brand in the portfolio. This is a fast, hungry culture. We move quickly, we drop our egos, and we win as a team.

Our Core Values

These are not posters on a wall. This is how we operate every day, and how we hire.

  • Best in Class. We are not building average. Everything we touch is built to be the best in the industry.
  • Solution Oriented. Problems are opportunities. Bring answers, not just questions.
  • Move Fast. Speed wins. We ship, we test, we iterate. We don't sit on decisions.
  • Drop the Ego. The best idea wins. We sacrifice for the group. We respect each other.

The Vision

This role exists to multiply one builder into a team. The Director engineers the acquisition system. You run it, feed it, and help it scale across every brand — with an engineering and AI approach, not a traditional marketing team.

We're building the best marketing engine in the industry. Build fast. Ship fast. Iterate fast.

What You'll Own

You run the campaigns and man the machine across all 8 Stayd brands. Meta, Google, tracking, analytics, testing, and reporting — you're in the dashboards every day, launching, testing, optimizing, troubleshooting, and scaling.

You don't wait to be told. You keep the machine running and own your slice of the number.

The Mandate:

  • Keep campaigns live and launching across all 8 brands — nothing sits idle
  • Hit lead-quality and cost targets, by brand and by source
  • Make sure tracking and conversion data are accurate
  • Use AI to do the work of three people — automate the repetitive stuff away
  • Make every brand's campaigns measurably better, week over week

What You'll Actually Do

  • Run the paid media engine. Launch, QA, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns. Monitor spend, conversions, CPL/CPA, and lead quality. Identify what's working, scale winners, and kill or adjust what isn't.
  • Own tracking. Work hands-on with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Tag Assistant, and Meta Events Manager. Make sure events and conversions are firing correctly and that campaigns are properly tracked.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues. Use Chrome DevTools and other tools to investigate broken tracking, website issues, event discrepancies, and other problems. You don't need to be a developer — but you need to be comfortable getting technical when something isn't working.
  • Own the data. Monitor campaign and website performance, keep reporting accurate, identify anomalies, and turn data into actionable recommendations. If a number looks wrong, you catch it before the Director asks.
  • Support the organic growth engine. Work with Google Search Console and Google Business Profile to identify opportunities for local and organic growth. Use tools like Semrush to research keywords, competitors, and SEO opportunities.
  • Run the testing system. Every campaign, audience, creative, landing page, and offer is a hypothesis. You launch it, measure it, document what you learn, and use the results to make the next version better.
  • Use AI to do the work of three people. Claude, Claude Code, Codex, and Grok are part of your daily workflow. Use them to automate reporting, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, generate variations, assist with research, improve workflows, and eliminate repetitive manual work. The more you can automate without sacrificing quality, the more valuable you are.
  • Keep the machine organized. Manage files, documentation, and workflows through Google Workspace / Drive and communicate clearly through Slack. Multiple campaigns, platforms, and priorities should never become an excuse for something getting dropped.
  • Build better systems. If you notice that you're doing the same task repeatedly, find a way to make it faster. If a process is unclear, improve it. If a tool can solve the problem, learn how to use it.

Who You Are

You're a marketer who moves fast. You've run real campaigns and gotten real results — not in theory, in dashboards.

You already use AI in your work, and you want to use it more. Maybe you've built a few automations; maybe you're newer to Claude Code — either way, you reach for AI before you reach for manual work. You think in systems: find the repeatable pattern, build it once, run it everywhere.

Four-person approval chains drive you crazy. "Let's schedule a meeting to discuss" drives you crazier. You want the rule to be: ship it, measure it, kill it or scale it.

Give you a dashboard with a number on it and you're happy. The number matters more than the title.

How We'll Work Together

You report to the Director of GTM. Full-time, remote and must be comfortable and available to work on a US Mountain Time schedule.

You'll get the AI tooling and air cover to ship fast. Headcount stays lean — the bet is that AI lets you operate like a team of three.

Every brand needs more homeowner leads. The smart play across 8 brands (and eventually 20+) is one sharp operator who runs the system everywhere and automates everything that can be automated.

How to Apply

Keep it short. Send us a Loom (a few minutes, no production value needed) covering:

  1. A quick intro — who you are
  2. Which marketing campaigns you've actually run — Meta, Google, SEO, email, SMS, etc. — and what you owned on each
  3. How you use AI in your work today, and how far you've gone with Claude Code, Codex, Grok, or other AI tools

Don't send a five-paragraph cover letter. Talk to us like a person and show us your go-to marketing campaign experience. If that's you, let's talk.
