ServiceNow Architect - Remote (Arizona-based candidates only)

Position Overview

Our client is a leading technology services company seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to join their dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple platforms and modules, driving business value and operational efficiency for enterprise clients.

Location: Remote (Arizona residents only)
Experience Level: Mid-Senior (5+ years)
Employment Type: Full-Time Direct Hire
Compensation: Competitive package commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, ITAM, HRSD, and other ServiceNow applications
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define architectural vision and implementation roadmaps
  • Integration Design: Architect seamless integrations with third-party systems including LDAP, Active Directory, SAP, and custom APIs
  • Technical Leadership: Mentor development teams and ensure adoption of best practices and coding standards
  • Platform Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance performance, usability, and cost-efficiency
  • Governance & Security: Establish processes ensuring platform integrity, security, and compliance
  • Client Engagement: Serve as subject matter expert providing strategic recommendations
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive solution documentation and implementation guides

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience with 3+ years in architect/lead role
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB modules
  • Strong integration experience with enterprise systems
  • Proven track record in complex solution delivery
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Must be local to Arizona (no relocation assistance provided)
