As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented and driven Accounting Finance Assistant Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Accounting Finance Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the costing department and ensuring accurate and timely cost analysis for our products. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to develop and implement cost control measures, analyze financial data, and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities. Additionally, you will be required to communicate and collaborate with our Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, therefore fluency in Mandarin is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the costing department and ensure accurate and timely cost analysis for our products

- Develop and implement cost control measures to optimize product costs

- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost-saving opportunities

- Communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

- Prepare and present financial reports to management

- Assist in budget planning and forecasting

- Ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations

- Train and mentor junior staff members in the costing department

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

- Fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken

- Proven exposure in cost accounting principles and techniques

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure

- Willing to be based in PIK area
