Construction Estimator (Drawing Focus – M&E Projects)

About the Company

Our client is a US-based software aggregator that uses AI and machine learning to build scalable and intelligent web solutions for US users.

This is a 3-month project-based remote position that requires full-time commitment (not suitable for part-time work), with the potential to be converted into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. 

The role primarily focuses on drawing annotation (line marking and basic drawing interpretation) using client-provided software, supporting projects related to mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems in high-rise buildings.

Key Responsibilities

• Use provided software to create detailed construction estimates for various projects
• Communicate with team members to gather necessary information for accurate estimates
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision and within the agreed timeline

Qualifications 

• Fresh graduates or junior-level candidates from Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields
• Familiarity with construction drawings
• Basic understanding or interest in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems is preferred
• Exposure to high-rise building projects is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
