They are currently seeking a Senior Corporate Finance professional to work closely with the CEO, supporting financial strategy, transactions, and key business initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and due diligence for potential mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and maintain financial models to support valuation and transaction execution
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential investment opportunities
- Assist in the development of strategic growth plans and investment strategies
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess prior experience within Investment Banking or a Big 4 professional services firm
- 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Finance, M&A, and due diligence
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong financial modeling skills and experience with valuation techniques
- Proven ability to execute transactions and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing decks and reports
- High level of independence, proactivity, and ownership in work
