About the job Sales Executive
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Executive for our client, a growing design & build company specializing in interior projects across B2B & B2C segments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and driving revenue in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for generating new leads, developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing proposals and presentations, and closing deals. You'll also map the market, identify opportunities, and work closely with the design and project team to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels such as develop and maintain relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to potential clients, negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market mapping and stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure seamless project delivery, manage client accounts and provide excellent customer service
- Regularly report on sales, performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the architecture, interior design, contractor, or real estate industry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated and target-driven
- Proactive with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; strong relationship-building skills with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing skill
- Familiarity with design tools such as Sketchup will be a plus
