We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team.
Contract Details:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work from office located in PIK area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials.
- Prepare and present sales reports to the senior management team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial cable sales is a must
