About the Role

Our client is seeking an AI / Machine Learning Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and deploying data-driven models into real-world applications. In this role, you will work on developing, training, and optimizing machine learning models, while collaborating closely with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, and evaluate machine learning and AI models for real-world use cases.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to develop predictive, classification, or generative models.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for data collection, preprocessing, and feature engineering.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.

• Optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Warp, etc.) to improve development speed and code quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science roles.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar).
• Familiarity with deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team.

• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Warp) is a strong plus.

• Indonesian Citizen.
