Our client is a leading international company with a strong presence in the Italian market. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Italian Language Customer Support with English to join our team in Athens, Greece.

Job Description:

As an Italian Language Customer Support, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. You will be the main point of contact for our Italian customers, handling inquiries, complaints, and providing solutions to ensure their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services in a timely and professional manner

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary

- Process orders and payments accurately

- Maintain customer records and update information as needed

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience

- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and provide feedback to management on recurring issues

- Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements:

- Fluency in Italian and English (level B2), both written and spoken

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Proficient in using computers and various software applications

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
