Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's or Ph.D. degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and data analytics.

3. Proficiency in statistical software tools such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS.

4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data mining techniques, and quantitative research methodologies.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex quantitative concepts to diverse audiences.

6. Experience working in a client-facing role, preferably in a consulting environment.
