About the job GTM Systems Manager
The GTM Systems Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the technology systems that support an organizations go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and sales enablement technologies. This role ensures that sales, marketing, and customer success teams have reliable, integrated, and effective systems to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. The GTM Systems Manager operates in a fully remote environment and partners closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve system adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimize GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or other CRM and marketing automation platforms

Ensure proper system configuration, data integrity, and alignment with GTM processes

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales, marketing, and customer success teams

Implement integrations between GTM systems and other business tools to ensure seamless workflows

Provide technical guidance, training, and support to end-users to drive adoption and efficient system use

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align GTM processes, data standards, and best practices

Troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, and ensure minimal disruption to business operations

Evaluate new GTM technologies and make recommendations for adoption or improvement

Maintain documentation of system configurations, workflows, and processes

Support strategic GTM initiatives and digital transformation projects
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field

5+ years of experience managing GTM systems, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools

Strong knowledge of CRM and marketing automation best practices

Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and process automation

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification, HubSpot certification, or equivalent

Experience in implementing and optimizing GTM systems at scale

Familiarity with sales enablement tools, CPQ systems, or customer success platforms

Prior experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth organizations

Knowledge of data governance and system integration best practices
Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $160,000 USD, based on experience and scope of responsibility
