About the job Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will help us create and keep our organization's visual identity by making interesting design assets for both print and digital media. This job needs someone who has a good sense of style, strong technical skills, and the ability to work with people from different departments to come up with creative solutions of the highest quality.

Main Duties:

Create visual materials like branding assets, marketing materials, social media graphics, web and print layouts, and presentations.

Make sure that all design outputs are in line with and consistent with brand guidelines.

Work with the marketing, product, and communications teams to figure out what the project's goals are and come up with design solutions that are interesting.

Handle more than one project at a time, making sure to meet deadlines and keep quality high.

Make changes to designs based on feedback, making revisions quickly and well.

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience is also acceptable.

You should be able to use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and be familiar with tools like Figma or Sketch.

A strong portfolio that shows off your creativity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.

Great communication, time management, and attention to detail skills.

Ability to work alone and with others in a busy setting.

Pay and Benefits:

The salary range is about $60,000 to $75,000 a year, depending on how much experience you have.
