We are seeking an experienced and highly detail-oriented Regulatory Compliance Manager to oversee, manage, and enhance the organizations regulatory compliance framework in a fully remote capacity. This role is responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable federal, state, and industry regulations while minimizing regulatory risk and supporting ethical business operations.

This position is exclusively open to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory compliance programs, policies, and procedures

Monitor and interpret applicable U.S. federal and state laws, regulations, and industry standards

Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses

Oversee internal audits, compliance reviews, and corrective action plans

Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies, auditors, and external stakeholders

Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices

Investigate potential compliance issues and recommend remediation strategies

Prepare compliance reports, documentation, and executive summaries for senior leadership

Ensure timely updates to policies and procedures based on regulatory changes

Support enterprise risk management and corporate governance initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, or audit roles

Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory frameworks and compliance standards

Demonstrated experience designing and managing compliance programs

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency with compliance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree, Juris Doctor (JD), or professional certifications (e.g., CRCM, CCEP, CIA, CPA)

Experience in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, energy, technology, or government contracting

Prior leadership or people-management experience

Compensation

Annual Salary Range: $120,000 – $165,000 USD, commensurate with experience, credentials, and geographic location
