Job Overview:
As a Virtual Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details

Qualifications:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Prior experience in the construction or contracting industry is preferred but not required
