The Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting the successful onboarding, configuration, and deployment of company products and solutions for new and existing customers. This role serves as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure implementations are completed on time, within scope, and in alignment with business and technical requirements.

The position operates in a fully remote environment and requires strong project coordination, technical aptitude, and customer-facing communication skills.

This position is exclusively open to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected.


Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end customer implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live activities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation lifecycle

Gather, document, and validate customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans

Configure systems, workflows, and integrations according to defined specifications

Coordinate with internal teams such as product, engineering, sales, and support to ensure successful delivery

Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and communicate status updates to stakeholders

Conduct user training sessions and develop implementation documentation

Ensure solutions meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations

Support post-implementation transitions and handoffs to support or account teams


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

3–6 years of experience in implementation, professional services, onboarding, or project coordination roles

Strong understanding of software implementation methodologies and customer onboarding processes

Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

Ability to work independently and manage multiple implementations in a remote environment


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or cloud-based platforms

Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM)

Experience working with CRM, ERP, or workflow automation tools


Compensation:

Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and geographic location
