We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and client-focused Solution Strategy & Design Consultant. This role involves designing high-impact solutions, developing strategic roadmaps, and guiding clients through digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in consulting, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to translate business objectives into scalable, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and needs assessment sessions with clients to understand business goals, challenges, and opportunities.
Develop strategic solution roadmaps, including architecture design, technology selection, and implementation planning.
Create high-quality deliverables such as solution blueprints, business cases, and implementation timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams technical architects, product managers, developers to ensure alignment and feasibility.
Provide expert guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
Monitor project progress, assess risks, and adjust strategies to ensure successful delivery.
Present recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in consulting, solution design, or strategy roles.
Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver strategic solutions.
Expertise with architecture frameworks, digital transformation, and cloud platforms.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, AWS/Azure) preferred.
Hourly Pay Rate:
$45 - $60 per hour, depending on experience.
