As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your main duties will include answering incoming calls and emails, resolving customer inquiries and complaints, and providing product and service information. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and detailed customer records, and working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Previous experience in a customer support role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. A positive attitude, the ability to work well in a team, and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer support role is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
