Process Engineer

We are seeking a Remote Process Engineer to analyze, design, and optimize business or manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and performance. The ideal candidate will use data-driven approaches and engineering principles to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and implement sustainable process improvements. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure processes align with operational goals and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate current workflows, systems, or production processes to identify improvement opportunities

Develop and implement process enhancements using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

Collect and analyze performance data to support recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, quality, and IT

Document process designs, workflows, and standard operating procedures

Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

2+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or business process optimization

Proficiency with process modeling tools and data analysis (e.g., Excel, Minitab, Visio)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement frameworks (certification preferred)

Effective communicator with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
