UX Research Manager

We are seeking a UX Research Manager to lead user research initiatives that drive product design and business decisions. This role involves managing a team of researchers, shaping research strategy, and collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to ensure user insights are integrated throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX researchers.

Develop and execute research strategies to inform product design.

Analyze user behavior through a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.

Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

Ensure research practices align with user needs, business goals, and security protocols.

Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.

2+ years of UX research experience, with 2+ in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles.

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
