Design Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Design Consultant to join our team. The Design Consultant will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget constraints, and to provide expert consulting services to guide them through the design process. The successful candidate will have a strong background in interior design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces.

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their design preferences, functional requirements, and budget constraints.

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts that meet the clients' needs and align with the company's design principles.

- Prepare detailed design proposals, including concept boards, sample boards, and floor plans, to present to clients for review and approval.

- Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure the successful implementation of design projects.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to provide clients with the most current design solutions.

- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships throughout the design process and beyond project completion.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Interior Designer or Design Consultant.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and project types.

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
