Strategy & Operations Associate

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team remotely. In this role, you will support strategic initiatives and improve day-to-day business operations by analyzing performance data, identifying opportunities, and helping drive execution across teams. This position requires a problem-solver with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Assist in planning and executing strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects

Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making

Collaborate with teams across departments to improve internal processes and align on goals

Support operational planning, performance tracking, and KPI development

Conduct market research and benchmarking as needed

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, or a related field

2 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or business analysis

Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, or Google Sheets)

Excellent organizational and communication abilities

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
