About the job Digital Architect
We are looking for an experienced Digital Architect to lead the planning, design, and implementation of digital platforms and solutions for large businesses. The best candidate will have a lot of technical knowledge and a big-picture view of how to create scalable, safe, and new digital experiences across the web, mobile, and cloud.
Important Duties:
Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of digital platforms, making sure they are in line with business goals and technical best practices.
Set standards, frameworks, and patterns for the architecture of web, mobile, and backend services.
Work with teams from different areas, such as engineering, product, UX/UI, operations, and security, to make sure that digital solutions are consistent and of high quality.
Look at new technologies, tools, and platforms and suggest ones that could improve digital skills.
Create and keep up-to-date architecture documentation, such as diagrams, standards, and rules for how things should be done.
Make sure that best practices for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability are followed by doing architectural reviews.
Mentor and guide development teams to encourage architectural excellence and ongoing learning.
Take part in strategic planning by giving technical advice and plans for how digital technology will change over time.
Qualifications Needed:
A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
More than eight years of experience in digital architecture, software engineering, or a similar field.
Proven knowledge of web and mobile technologies, such as JavaScript frameworks, native mobile development, and responsive design.
A lot of experience with microservices architecture and cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of API design, integration patterns, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
A deep understanding of data privacy, identity management, authentication, and security principles.
Great skills in communication, leadership, and getting stakeholders involved.
Pay and benefits every year:
Salary Range: $140,000 to $190,000 per year
