The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals. This role works closely with project managers, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to coordinate schedules, documentation, communication, and project tracking activities. The position operates fully remotely and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and coordination of tasks and resources

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes

  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners

  • Monitor project progress and escalate risks or issues to project leadership

  • Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and status reporting

  • Organize and schedule meetings, project updates, and stakeholder communications

  • Maintain project tracking systems and collaboration tools

  • Assist in continuous process improvement and project management best practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, administrative project support, or operations roles

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within project management frameworks such as Agile or Waterfall

  • CAPM or other project management certification (preferred but not required)

  • Experience supporting cross-functional or technical projects

  • Familiarity with remote collaboration platforms and workflow automation tools

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $60,000 – $80,000 USD, based on experience, skills, and geographic location
