Responsibilities

  • Partner with executives / C-Level to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of business and career paths.
  • Worked closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor through managing labor Relations, labor law, and company compliance and assist with implementation and maintaining expertise on various working conditions in similar organizations, trends, jurisprudence, etc.
  • Work on manpower planning, and monthly headcount and maintain the up-to-date organization chart and job roles of each business unit.
  • Develop, deliver, and maintain Talent Management Programs, Career Development Guidelines, Competency Model, and Succession Management Framework.
  • Synthesize HR vision based on the organizations plans.
  • Integrate HR programs that align with the companys direction to achieve strategic.
  • Collect, analyze, and provide HR information and reports to related stakeholders. (e.g. compensation data, turnover report, exit interview, employee engagement survey, etc.)
  • Other task as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Political science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role, preferably in the IT Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of modern HR knowledge & integration especially labor law and Act or law-related HR functions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to apply knowledge and skills in various situations.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills both in Thai and English.
