Business Analyst (BA)

Role Overview: The Business Analyst is pivotal in bridging the gap between our customers' business aspirations and actionable solutions. With a keen understanding of business operations and the potential of technology, the BA ensures that strategies are both practical and aligned with business goals.

Responsibilities:
 - Customer Engagement: Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and challenges.
 - Business Insights: Delve into business processes, offering insights and recommendations for enhancement and innovation.
 - Process Analysis: Interpret complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Recognize problems and devise effective solutions, with a focus on integrating AI into business workflows.
 - Requirements Translation: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they are translated into actionable technical specifications.
 - Project Scoping: Engage with customers to define the scope of projects, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
 - APIs & Integration: Understand and advise on how different systems can be integrated for seamless data flow and automation.
 - Cybersecurity Basics: Ensure that solutions are designed with security best practices in mind.
 - Documentation: Create comprehensive guides and summaries that detail the proposed solutions and their benefits.
 - AI Integration: Understand the latest AI technologies and guide customers on integrating AI into their business processes for efficiency and innovation.
 - Strategic Consultation: Use expertise to guide customers towards optimal strategies and solutions.
 - Collaboration: Partner with diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure a harmonious alignment between business aspirations and practical solutions.
 - Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
 - Bachelors degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline. An MBA or a related advanced degree is a distinct advantage.
 - A minimum of 1-3 years in a Business Analyst role or a similar capacity. Demonstrated success in client engagement and managing client expectations. Proven expertise in project scoping, requirements elicitation, and documentation.
 - A foundational understanding of Data, APIs, integrations, and cybersecurity best practices.
 - A basic grasp of AI technologies and their potential applications in business processes.
 - Exceptional communication skills, with an emphasis on customer engagement and relationship building.
 - Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
 - Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.


Senior Business Analyst (SBA)

Responsibilities:
 - Assist project manager in creating project plans and summarizing the scope of work and deliverables details.
 - Aggregate business requirements and business processes from business users.
 - Perform business requirement analysis and prepare business requirement and functional specification documents.
 - Provide system analysis and design based on business requirement documents after customer confirmation.
 - Work closely with customers, project manager and technician /developer in creating excellent services and products.
 - Provide training, coaching, and guidance to Business Analyst and Assistant Business Analyst.
 - Involved in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Test (UAT).
 - Improve and maintain standard processes to develop more efficient products and services.
 - Identifying and addressing operational, financial, and technological risks within the business.
 - Other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
 - Bachelors Degree in major of computer sciences, IT, or related fields.
 - Good command of both spoken & written English.
 - Experience 5 years up in system analysis and design invarious business.
 - Excellent organization, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
 - Positive, service mind and can-do attitude.
 - Able to work under pressure and manage tasks on time as assigned.
