Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Solution Sale to join our team. The ideal candidate will be driven to sell high-value Data/AI solutions and engage with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise and corporate businesses. This role necessitates a robust understanding of business needs, emphasizing solution selling over traditional product selling. The primary objective is to integrate AI, delivering tangible impact to our clients within the designated timeframe.

Job Description

• Attain the annual sales quota, efficiently manage sales pipelines, and ensure timely sale closures.
• Establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise and corporate sectors.
• Promote high-value Data/AI solutions tailored to client needs, articulating the unique value proposition and benefits of integrating such solutions into business processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure our offerings align with client requirements.
• Remain proactive and continuously adapt to new solutions and market dynamics.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to refine sales strategies.
• Identify business needs in the market that AI solutions can address effectively.
• Serve as a public speaker when appropriate, representing our company in the market, underscoring our distinct strengths.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in solution sales with a proven track record of success is preferred.
• Profound understanding of and experience with solution selling approaches.
• Exceptional communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Knowledge of Data or AI technology is an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm for leveraging AI solutions to achieve tangible impacts and for exploring new possibilities in Data / AI solutions.
• Ability to think both critically and creatively to offer tailored solutions to clients.
