ABOUT COMPANY: Oral hygiene product and manufacturing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits data.
- Facilitate employee engagement activities, training.
- Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
- Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with government bodies, labour departments, and external stakeholders when required.
- Maintain IR documentation, reports, and records.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR,
- 2–3 years of relevant HR / IR experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and IR practices.
