P2P Lead (Procure-to-Pay Lead) – Karachi

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Accounts Payable, or Shared Services operations.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and end-to-end P2P processes.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end P2P operations, including GRN processing, invoice verification, and vendor payments while ensuring SLA compliance.
• Manage and develop the P2P team, set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to internal controls and policies.
• Resolve vendor and stakeholder escalations related to invoices, payments, and procurement transactions.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and digitalization projects to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare operational reports, monitor key metrics, support audits, and ensure compliance with governance requirements.

Location: Karachi
Salary: Market Competitive (PKR upto 150,000)
Industry Preference: FMCG, Manufacturing, Shared Services, or Multinational Environment.
