We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (South) to lead and develop our sales team in the Southern region. He will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth in your region.

Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets by setting goals and providing coaching.
    • Identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with marketing for regional campaigns.
    • Maintain customer loyalty through follow-ups and resolve issues promptly.
    • Analyze sales performance, forecast trends, and develop action plans to meet targets.
    • Conduct training to enhance team skills and align efforts with regional and supply chain teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales management experience, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
