Job Title: Visualizer / Graphic Designer - Karachi

Department: Marketing 

Reports To: Senior Brand Manager

Role OverviewThe Visualizer/Graphic Designer will support the development and execution of visual assets across packaging, digital, and offline channels for the Personal Care portfolio. The role includes ensuring brand consistency and accuracy, as well as proofing packaging and OOH materials prior to production.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt packaging artworks in line with brand guidelines
• Localize global artworks for the Pakistan market
• Create visual assets for digital, social media, e-commerce (including but not limited to 7OAs and format adaptations), and in-store communication
• Review and proof packaging materials for accuracy (design, copy, and layout) before printing
• Review and proof OOH materials (e.g., billboards, banners) prior to release
• Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as per production requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for timely execution

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience (FMCG preferred)
• Experience in packaging design and artwork adaptation

Technical Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of layout, typography, and print processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Good communication and collaboration skills
