Refregeration Technical officer - Multan

We are looking for a dedicated and technically strong professional to lead refrigeration operations across a wide geographical region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration assets
• Ensure quick complaint resolution and high service levels
• Supervise third-party service centers and mobile assets
• Execute asset refurbishment and reinduction with Trade Marketing
• Control maintenance costs and manage spare parts inventory

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Preference will be given to candidates with HVAC and/or Cold Chain experience
• Valid driving license (minimum 1 year old) – Mandatory
• Strong ownership and result-oriented approach
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Problem-solver, able to work under pressure
• Sound technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to travel extensively, as the role covers a wide territory from Sahiwal to Rahim Yar Khan.
