About the job Clinic Director
Sterling Employment Services is working with an amazing client who strives to provide effective, individualized, evidence-based therapy in a warm, nurturing environment which enhances the quality of life for our autism community by focusing on socially significant skill sets. Key components to ensure successful treatment including family support through family training and in-depth initial and ongoing staff training.
Responsibilities:
- The Center Director provides leadership and support to the RBT's/BCBA's in the clinic and maintains a caseload. The Center Director will also be responsible for operational and administrative tasks related to the clinic ensuring operations are
running smoothly.
- Demonstration and implementing all company policies in achieving our common company goal Conduct supervision with BCBA's on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis dependent upon BCBA level.
- Attend weekly clinical meetings and attending in-service training.
- Complete all reports and conduct edits in a timely manner. Oversight of RBT/BCBA session notes.
- Communicate with Caregivers and staff as applicable to ensure the continuity of care for clients.
- Oversight of incident reports, including investigation and reporting of findings to Clinical Director.
- Coordination of the workflow between departments. Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the clinic.
- Creating and implementing initiatives in helping the clinic's success Supervise, support, and monitor the progress of behavior technicians servicing in your clinic. Ensure the highest quality of care is provided by BCBA's.
- Monitor BCBA (BCaBA as applicable) billable requirement and monitor utilization rate.
- Ensure that the clinic's minimal billable rate is maintained each month.
- Update active organizational spreadsheets, notes, etc. Update active organizational spreadsheets, notes, etc.
- Be available for emergency phone calls/texts/emails both during and outside of company hours.
- Conduct clinical hiring interviews and exit interviews for BCBA's and behavior technicians. Manage to deescalate any client complaints and to work through client customer service.
- Maintain own billable requirements by completing assessments and client supervision. Maintain supervisory hour requirements. Oversee daily center operations including facility management and policy implementation. Assist with clinic growth and driving new client intake through marketing and creative initiative
- Manage to deescalate any staff complaints by discussing with the staff what the grievance is and explaining to the staff that they will follow up with administrative team to discuss compliant. The Clinic director will follow back with staff after the complaint has been discussed with the administrative team.
- Maintain CEU requirements required by the BACB and complete annual recertification requirements promptly to ensure no lapse in certification.
- Culture conscious leadership style which includes setting expectations for staff with positive and corrective feedback to help guide the staffs performance.
- Solution oriented and excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask. Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
- Ability to contribute to policy and procedure development that addresses clinical quality and risk. Comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed.
- Must be comfortable providing constructive feedback on clinical and professional matters. Ability to accept feedback and apply.
- Ability to maintain excellent relationships with patients served and community partners.
- Familiarity with a variety of evidence-based practices appropriate to patients served.
- Knowledge and experience using the BACB standards of care.
- Ability to navigate and effectively utilize Catalyst for clinical purposes.

- Develop and maintain clinic budgets. Develop initial and continuous RBT training to be implemented across all locations within the company. Provide initial RBT training.
- Marketing and Recruitment Develop with assistance from CEO.
-Develop in-services for community partnerships (contract with schools, doctors, ST, OT, and PT, etc.).
-Host Questions and Answers for potential parents and develop lunch and learn to build community relations.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently certified as a BCBA with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board and any other state requirements by law.
- Prefer someone who has had at least 3 years of experience as a BCBA.
- Maintain CEU requirements required by the BACB and complete annual recertification requirements promptly to ensure no lapse in certification.

PTO: 30 hours or more is considered full-time. Employees full-time accrue 80 hours a year of vacation and 40 hours a year of sick time. All employees accrue PTO; however, part-time employees accrue it at a slower rate.
