About the Role

Were looking for a Project Manager who will play a key role in delivering Enterprise Transformation and system modernization initiatives. Reporting to the Program Manager, Enterprise Transformation, this is a hands-on, individual contributor role responsible for managing small to mid-sized projects or dedicated workstreams ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

You will work across diverse teams, vendors, and stakeholders to coordinate efforts, improve processes, and bring structure to a fast-evolving transformation environment. What You Will Do

Project Management & Delivery

  • Manage small to mid-sized projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Monitor progress, track milestones, and prepare detailed project updates.

  • Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and follow up on action items.
  • Oversee financial tracking and reporting for assigned projects; escalate variances where needed.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline project delivery.

Program Alignment & Governance

  • Ensure project objectives remain aligned with enterprise transformation goals.

  • Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies/Decisions).
  • Support program-level reporting and contribute to standardizing methodologies
  • Help embed project governance, transparency, and accountability across workstreams.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Collaborate with sponsors, leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and impacts clearly and proactively.

  • Contribute to change management activities to help stakeholders adapt to evolving processes.
  • Present project updates confidently and influence decision-making across teams.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of project management experience, ideally within transformation or enterprise-wide initiatives.
  • Degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

  • Agile certification or training (CSM, PSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, DASM, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with PPM tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Aha!, Asana, or Monday.com.
  • Knowledge of change management principles (ADKAR or Kotter); Prosci certification is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and ideally Power BI.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working with vendors or consulting partners.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and adapt quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in technology or startup settings.

  • Familiarity with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).

  • Knowledge of resource management and capacity planning best practices.

  • Interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Power BI Copilot, Smartsheet AI) for project delivery and reporting.
