The Strategic Technical Manager plays a hands-on, high-impact role in driving key tech initiatives and keeping operations running smoothly across multiple teams including Architecture, Development, Business Analysis, and Support. Reporting to the Director of Business and Application Support, this role is all about problem-solving, collaboration, and making things better, faster, and more efficient. You'll be a go-to expert for complex technical issues, contribute to big-picture planning, support audits, and mentor teammates all while helping to create a positive, solutions-focused environment where great ideas can thrive.

Were looking for someone who brings deep IT experience (10+ years, with at least 7 in a leadership role), solid knowledge of the Canadian brokerage industry, and strong technical skills especially with tools like Broadridge Dataphile. If you're great at connecting with people, thrive on improving systems, and can juggle both strategic projects and day-to-day problem-solving, this role could be a great fit. A background in Computer Science or Engineering is ideal, and if you're bilingual in French and English or have industry certifications like CSC or IFIC, that's a big plus!
