Sourcing and Procurement Associate

This role supports the Canada Head of Global Sourcing & Procurement by shaping and executing category-level sourcing strategies: analyzing spend, market trends and supplier bases, running RFPs, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with our clients procurement policies. Day-to-day, you'll validate and challenge purchase-order requests, onboard vendors, manage third-party risk, reconcile IT invoices, and drive cost-savings through vendor negotiations. You'll also lead continuous-improvement efforts mapping and refining source-to-pay processes to boost efficiency. Success calls for 3 + years procurement experience, advanced Excel skills, fluency in English and French, familiarity with tools like Ivalua, strong negotiation and project-management abilities, and the poise to juggle multiple demands while delivering responsive, customer-focused service.
