Position Overview
This role is responsible for managing the preparation, processing, and reporting of IT-related expenses, ensuring compliance with internal accounting standards and supporting seamless communication with internal teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare Accruals & Prepaid Expenses: Create accounting schedules for IT-related accruals and prepayments, ensuring timely processing by Accounts Payable.
- Fixed Asset Management: Gather and report on new IT asset acquisitions for depreciation tracking.
- Invoice Processing: Manage IT invoices, confirm approval authority, categorize expenses (accruals, prepaid), and prepare payment schedules.
- Payment Coordination: Prepare and submit wire instructions, ensuring proper approval before processing.
- Market Data Payments: Coordinate Market Data expense scheduling and processing
- Contract Compliance: Verify timely invoice payments aligned with contractual terms; resolve any discrepancies.
- Expense Reporting & Reconciliation: Use tools to manage expense reporting, perform reconciliations, and track payment accuracy.
- Vendor Support: Handle vendor inquiries, billing issues, and maintain records for quick reference.
- Process Improvement Support: Work with leadership to improve invoice payment processes, develop new procedures, and support implementation.
- Purchase Order Review: Validate IT purchase orders in Oracle, check invoice accuracy, apply proper accounting codes, and confirm approvals.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience: Strong experience in both AP and AR
- Language: Fluent in English.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel; experience with accruals, prepayments, and fixed asset accounting.
- Customer Service: Strong responsiveness to vendor and internal requests.

Pay: $95,000.00-$98,000.00 per year
