Job Title: Business Analyst Payment Systems
Location: Montreal, QC

Overview:
Were looking for a Business Analyst to support the Montran application, used for processing USD payments (SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS) for our North American branches. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage real-time interfaces, compliance systems (AML, Sanctions), and batch processing for start- and end-of-day operations.

What You Will Do:

• Analyze business needs and document requirements for payment systems

• Support real-time and downstream interfaces (Treasury, Compliance, etc.)

• Manage incident resolution and support batch processing activities

• Coordinate with global teams across the US, Brazil, and Canada

• Participate in testing, documentation, and audit support

What You Bring:

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst in banking or fintech

• Knowledge of payment systems (SWIFT, FEDWIRE, CHIPS)

• Familiarity with Treasury, AML, and settlement processes

• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

• Bilingual (English required; French is an asset)
