Duties

• Assist in a wide range of maintenance duties, including installing new appliances and decorating spaces
• Support the maintenance team in identifying issues and implementing solutions promptly and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in work areas, ensuring compliance with safety standards
• Aid in keeping records of maintenance tasks carried out, providing reports as necessary
• Ensure all tools and equipment are kept in good condition, ready for use
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, promoting a secure and tidy working environment
