We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant to join our team and support our operations.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily business activities.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and organize company emails, calendars, and schedules

- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments

- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations

- Conduct research and gather information as needed

- Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing calls

- Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence

- Organize and maintain company files and documents

- Assist with data entry and record-keeping

- Monitor and order office supplies

- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with social media platforms and online tools

- Must have a reliable internet connection and a suitable work environment

- Available to work 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed
