Stocker & Watts is a boutique real estate firm that specializes in residential property and commercial property transactions, the firm operates with a "team-first" philosophy designed to provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for buyers, sellers, and investors. We are currently seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position, with 20 hours per week, and you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

- Identify and escalate potential issues to the Customer Service Manager

- Meet and exceed customer service goals and targets

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven customer service experience in a retail or similar environment

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficient in using computers and customer service software

- Must be Fluent in English

- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
