Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position, with 20-25 hours per week, and will be based at our Massachusetts office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records

- Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of 1 years of customer service experience

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems

- Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
